MEXICAN ENCHILADAS
I forgot to say that the super fresh tasty roasted tomato salsa and chips were very different and I could eat those with a beverage and be content. The happy hour looks pretty nice too, wish it was more than M-F but maybe down the road that might change. Please consider opening another location in Ocean Shores!

Carnitas
First - not last - visit on October 23rd: With a group of five, we tried a wide variety of appetizers (jalapenos and chorizo guacamole), tortilla soup, entrees (KoKo's and gordo burritos & carnitas taco plate), and desserts (coconut flan and churros). No beers on tap, but an adequate variety of bottled. Very nice place in a good Seabrook location, good / friendly service. All in all, a very nice gathering spot. leaving with leftovers, everyone was happy.

Prawn
We've been going to Koko's several times a year since their beginning and we've absolutely never been disappointed. The prawn tacos, like everything else on their menu, are fabulous. You can taste the care and passion that goes into every recipe. Only the best quality ingredients, fresh and delicious, combined and prepared in creative ways, and presented beautifully. Our favorite Mexican/Salvadoran restaurant in Washington State, hands down.
Mexican Enchiladas
This was our 1st time at Kokos and it was great! Staff, food, cleanliness, menu choices were all very good. Lots of options to meet everyone's needs. we both ordered the Mexican Enchiladas with chicken. The red sauce was so full of flavors and nothing compared to any other red sauces I have had but then again, the food here is not your usual Mexican American restaurant. Nice to have really fresh food and having the black beans was a nice change. It was a really a nice day and we were able to have a table indoors that have a view of the beach below Seabrook homes on the water's edge. There is outdoor dining as well and we hope that we will sit outside next time. There are a variety of alcohol drinks as well as wine, beer and non-alcohol. It was a short drive from Ocean Shores to Pacific/Seabrook and we will be taking our friends there soon to have them experience Koks's. We look forward to going to the Seattle location as it close to our house and I expect it to be the same great experience as the Pacific location.
Shrimp Ceviche
Three of us had dinner and drinks. All were pleased :-) I had the ceviche and Casa Amigo Mezcal . The others had white sangria, el Salvadoran something and a burrito
